He has appeared on Netflix, Food Network, Rachael Ray, the TODAY Show, Kelly Clarkson, and was the 2018 winner of the Discovery Family series "Bake it Like Buddy.” He is the first Black man ever nominated for the prestigious James Beard Foundation Awards “Outstanding Pastry Chef/Baker” award.
